Makes my face sticky for hours… I tried to use less, still sticky.. meh

I have used an arbutin vitamin c serum before but compared to that this was more effective and less costly,however the results will come really in slow but it’s not super effective I asked my friend and she said my pigmented areas was fading so it works but I recommend you guys to follow up in this order first cleansing,serum,toner/mist, moisturizer and then sunscreen powder is optional this is how I prep my skin and this serum is stickier compared to other serums so some people may not like it.

So here comes a very honest review –
After reading the negative comments I was actually scared to use it on my face, but first I applied it on my neck for a few hours & no reaction then after few days I finally had the guts to apply it on my face as I don’t have any skin problem so I was conscious, this is true it feels sticky on the skin & & it makes the skin feel a bit dry, but it does work it will actually help you glow(used 3 times so far) & for me it did nothing wrong to my skin, but if you’ve reall dry skin then think again
