The strong, sweet and pure aroma of the finest vanilla beans from Madagascar. Suitable for all bakery and dessert preparations. Ossoro recommends using 1-1.5 ml of flavour per kilo of cake dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100 percent vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.

I have used it twice since the time of purchase. The first time we felt it gave a bitter taste in our chia pudding. The second time it was a cake and the flavor was not great. Not sure if it is really worth it. Need to try a few more times before I can discard it.

This bottle arrived with leaks, even though the bottle was sealed. I’m not going to use a food product that has product outside of the sealed container. It is a no return and no refund item. Buyer beware.

The taste and quality of this particular brand in terms of vanilla essence is amazing. It gives a really good flavour to your cakes, muffins or any other dish that you prepare and use it… It is an absolute value for money…
