I ordered it after reading good qualities of wheat grass. But the tast if it so gross that i could not convice myself drinking it the secongld time after consuming it once.
Its been there on my kitchen rack since then , unused. Its not bitter but tastes weird as hell.
So i dont know for what good it is.
Order it if you can bear the taste.

I bought it seeing the good reviews and recommendation of my dietician but it was terrible. Could not tolerate the taste and puked immediately after it. Not worth it and a waste of money

I purchase this twice so far, best part is it tastes good with warm water also, I tried couple of other brands but those tastes sour and was horrible so switched back to this one. It’s little costlier, otherwise I recommend.
