I use a combination of oils for cooking including olive, coconut and mustard. This is my favorite brand of mustard oil. It is thick without being overly pungent like other brands. If you are looking for strong mustard oil scent and flavor, this is not for you. It’s got more of a neutral flavor which I personally prefer. It’s often on discount too making it a totally worthy purchase.

We ordered it regularly for more than a year, however this time 2 bottles came with broken seal, and had oil filled upto top as if it is filled with a local mustard oil. Smell and density was also different compared with earlier lots.

Most important is service and this is the best.

Thought it to be yellow mustard, the pic is more yellow but the actual product is darker and close to other Kachi Dhani available in the market.
So only difference is Organic, which I’m not sure how to identify.
