Generally I get this product from my hometown for fasting purposes. It was good to see this product (called Ramdana in Bihar) on Amazon. I am frequently buyer. Ramdana is neat and clean. must buy.

Very Good…clean, healthful and tasteful…can be cooked without washing …unlike some other organic brands that have little stones and impurities… I agree with some people who say that it has a little offensive smell initially when you open the pack, however, had it been due to pesticides the smell wouldn’t disappear after transferring the contents into a container or after cooking it…so I am kindda skeptical about this insinuation…those are my thoughts however
