Looks very disgusting but it tastes like brown rice and has 30% less calories and 40% more protein than brown rice. I am loving it.

Loved the aroma while cooking. Entire house smells of rice. The rice however doesnt expand.. it remains more or less the same as you soak, this is different from basmati which grows when you cook
