I am not very familiar with chamomile tea, but I’ve had other teas, and thus doesn’t taste very good. However, if you simply like a hot tasteless drink before bed with an earthy smell, this is for you. Doesn’t calm me like chamomile is supposed to. I’ve had better sleep on coffee.

Product is good, healthy. Feels relaxed and very light after having a cup. Very good for stress management and help anxiety if consumed regularly. One can slowly see it’s benefits. The taste is better than other brands. Although the packaging can be improved.
