The product has consistently and tastes like anardana but the bright red color is the deal breaker for me. Natural anardana has brownish color, this one has brick red color which created doubt in my mind. The color of water also changed when I added water to it for soaking. I don’t think I will be using any of it. Better to buy whole anardana and then grind it at home.

I have use it and this is a good product.
Caveat Emptor –
The product was advertised as coming in plastic bottles, and this was why I had chosen this product over another one. But the item came in 2 plastic bags, and I had to find an old jam bottle to put them in. This is sour, and tastes more like amchur or tamarind. Am using it in chutneys and curries. That plastic bottle with that yellow lid is not real, be warned.

Its pure Pomegranate dried and packed as simple as that. But seller should have an option to buy single quantity. As 2 package for a casual cooking is a bit more. Go for it if you want typical sweet+sour flavour to Chole Bhature, Rajma, punjabi dishes etc.
