Amazon Customer –
Good blend of millets. It’s difficult to make rotis with this, but still much easier and less sticky than making jowar rotis. Also, based on other reviews, I was expecting it to be bitter tasting, but was pleasantly surprised with the taste.
Also saved of the hassle of mixing various powders and flours to make a gluten free, but tasty meal.
Add virgin coconut oil, a bit of milk(optional) and boiling water to this flour to make rotis.
I rolled my rotis on a banana leaf (to prevent it from breaking up) and put it on the tawa.
I happened to get less number of rotis from the usual amount of flour, as compared to Whole wheat Atta though.
Though the “gluten-free” is a sticker on the package, (which does makes it suspicious), I feel it really is gluten free – yet to have a reaction from it.
Thanks Amazon and Nutty Yogi!
The shipping charges could be reduced though.

It’s a good and healthy gluten free option.

There seems to be a slight mistake. Out of five packets of Millet Atta one packet was a normal Fitness atta.
However, we did not return the order as we got 4 packs correctly.
Amitava –
The product is good but the one of the packets inside was torn. Packageing should be done carefully.

Edit (Jan 2023): I was using this product for the last 2 years now but the latest supply in December 2022 was made up of only cheap Ragi & does not contain much of any other millet at all. I had previously made a similar complaint with regard to its quality. Now, only ragi does not bind and you cannot roll out a chapati pancake at all. It just breaks apart and also tastes awful with a spicy after taste! I have 4 sealed pkts that I cannot return.
Never buying this again 😡

This is best for diabetics, gluten intolerant and the insulin resistant folks. Makes lousy chapatis due to the absence of gluten, so you’ll need to add quite a lot of ghee or groundnut oil to bind the flour. Also, using hot water helps. It’s not the greatest tasting product, but add on dollops of butter and I find it very filling 👍🏻
I use a large sheet of oiled tin foil upon which I roll out the dough into a thick chapati to prevent it from breaking up.
Although I’ve been purchasing this for over a year now, I find the quality & taste very inconsistent. They’ve also reduced the packaging weight from 1kg to 800gms!! So, definitely not VFM for a good old mixture of millets.

Problem is that it is very difficult / next to impossible to knead the dough. But that apart worth every penny

Nice mixture but cannot bind a dough with it alone. Will have to mix it with regular flour to make dough
