I ordered apricot and anjir from this brand the quality of apricot quite decent but the anjir very disappointed by the product they are so dry and many of are black and hard to eat I expect nice quality from this brand but very much disappointed by the purchase

VERY BAD QUALITY – the worst Anjeer we ever bought. NEVER buy Nutri Organics products.
We bought figs/Anjeer on Dec 24, 2023, they were very hard, like rotten from inside and the grass rope on which they were assembled was badly sticking to the figs and getting powdery. They were not even properly sorted, some were very small, some half only (deformed), so even the quality check is very bad. In the name of ORGANIC, they are selling trash/garbage. WASTE OF MONEY.

Bad tasting & poor quality anjeer. Seems artificial color is added.
The cost is a bit less but product is not even worth that.

The dried figs received are not of satisfactory . They are hard as wood and not chewable.. Quality is inferior. How should I return & get refund Rs. 199/- ?
