Description
- Thin, translucent sheets of rice-flour dough, rice paper is used to wrap up Vietnamese summer rolls.
- Rice paper is sold in dried sheets. Before using them, you will need to rehydrate them to make them supple.

I made dumplings by using this rice sheet. Undoubtedly the quality was good but after taking the first bite it smells musty. The smells bothers a lot. I checked the manufacturing date which was Jan 2, 2024 and also written use before 12montha. And yesterday Feb 5, I opened the seal. Aah, in every bite that old rice smell was pathetic. I think the rice powder they used was very old. 2 stars because I like the quality.
