Of late the Brand name MTR is slowly loosing it’s credibility.I tried Rava dosa mix and it was not like earlier.Also they don’t specify which oil they are using .They simply say either one or more and i feel Palmoline may be more.sorry i did not like it

This is an excellent Dosa mix. We love Dosa, but there is a little skill in making them. This is a good mix to use. I add my own masala mix to the powder as it is a. little bland on its own, and a mixture of half water, and half goats milk as we usually don’t have curds or cows milk in the house. Make the batter plenty of time before you need to fry the Dosa, and like us, buy a good authentic Dosa pan. And you will have really good Dosa, enjoy 🙂

I’m giving it 4 stars as it is ready to make premix and very easy to use…… But it is not as good as authentic homemade dosas although tastes good!
