If you have the time to cook a good sambar or can buy one very easily, then this may not be for you. But if you are like me and need to feed two hungry kids as soon as possible, who don’t like a coconut chutney that can be made in a jiffy to go with their dosas and idlis, then this is god sent. It cooks within 20 minutes, and best is you can just cook it with onions, again for children like mine who don’t like vegetables of any kind. For extra taste, I add some Curry leaves. One advise, make as mush as required because it does not taste good stale

Samber Mix is nice product easy to make, although to make it perfect you need to add a pinch of Hing & some 1/4 tea spoon of Imli paste. Some half boiled vegitables too needed to be added, and you will have samver as good as any of the best South Indian Restaurant.
