This miltop Babul/Kikar गोंद is pure, fresh, clean and premium quality, I assure because I belong to Gujarat where the different types of गोंद are used to eat traditionally, so I have been eating babul गोंद since my childhood.
In various regions of India, Babul/Kikar गोंद along with few more are part of their traditional cuisine for specific season.
You may search Babul गोंद recipes on YouTube and prepare whatever you like. Particularly this गोंद is hot in its nature, so it can be used mostly for winters, or less in quantity for other seasons mixing with some other cool edibles.
The easiest way I use is I soak a spoon full of गोंद in the water for 12 hours and drink it in the morning while empty stomach yet eat Dry-fruits just after that.
This गोंद is very beneficial for those who have complains with their Bones and Muscles, like survival, back pain and joint pains. This is the most recommended for the ladies after pregnancy, their all pains will be vanished.
