Sorry to Say But Avoid Eating Maggi Ultimately it is harmful for health …..Refined Wheat and Maggi, Refined White Flour Harms Your Health, Use Of Vegetable Oil, Causes Indigestion and Acidity, Presence of HFCS, Weak Metabolic Activity, Sodium Additives in Maggi, Composition of Trans Fats, Presence of a Large Portion of MSG.

Flavor is good. The amount of noodles is pretty small compared to a typical ramen pack. The separate packages were taped together with packing tape which made them inseparable without destroying the package.
