I was very pleased with the results. This shampoo was very easy to apply and I found that I didn’t need a lot of it to get a good lather going. The deep-cleansing formula made it easy to get rid of excess oil and impurities from my scalp and hair.
What I loved most about this shampoo is how my hair felt after usage. It felt soft, silky and incredibly clean. I also noticed that my hair had a natural shine that I hadn’t seen in a while. I’ve used other shampoos that left my hair feeling dry and brittle, but with this one, my hair felt nourished and healthy.
Overall, I would highly recommend the L’Oréal Professionnel Scalp Advanced Professional Clay Anti-Oiliness 2-in-1 Deep Purifier Shampoo to anyone looking for a high-quality shampoo that deep-cleanses and nourishes hair. It’s definitely worth the investment and I will be using this shampoo again in the future.

This L’Oréal professional scalp shampoo and hair mask 2 in 1 is really good. I am quite impressed to be honest. It probably contains some mint essential oil which does fantastic job in oil control. As it contains 6% clay, it works really well in balancing oilness. You don’t need to use shampoo as it is two in one. The good thing about this one is , you don’t feel overly dry . My hair is moisturised and the scalp oilness is well controlled. I can totally feel my hair is light and airy . For £25.64 , it is at the expensive side but the effect is really good ! Recommend to people who have oily scalp .

My son has always had quite greasy hair and he was delighted to test this product on my behalf.
He applied the product following the instructions and was very pleasantly surprised to discover that it really did work and whilst his scalp and hair still tends to become greasy, it did not revert to its initial state as quickly. He really liked every aspect of the product including the scent.
He felt that it was a five star product and intended to buy a replacement when he had used the whole tub……,that is until I told him the price, which at a little over £25 is more than what he would pay. I think that this illustrates the difference between some men and women. My wife spends a small fortune on cosmetic products, whereas my son and I tend to aim for cheaper products.
Will this be the end of my son using this product? I doubt it. I have marked it up to repurchase for Christmas and his birthday and I can see him using it for a significant part of the year. It works!

This purifying shampoo looks exactly like a clay mask despite definitely being smoother and thinner in consistency. It smells fresh and lush and can be applied as a shampoo or hair mask. I’ve tried both now. As a shampoo it surprisingly lathers well but not as much as an ordinary shampoo. It rinses off clear and you don’t need to use a regular shampoo afterwards. I could immediately feel a difference after rinsing. No knots and hair felt smoother. As a mask I combed it through and wore a plastic cap. Both have had a noticeable effect on my hair. For the better! I can highly recommend this product once a week! It’ll last a while as you don’t need much so the price is good.

Or any treatment you’ve done for the hair as this L’oreal is like a clarifying shampoo, it gets rid of dirt, grease, oil, debri from gels and wax and literally cleans the hair really well, though I didn’t mind the scent it’s not unscented, it has Limolene in it, and it smell kinda like lime/lemon/citrus. As I said I don’t mind the scent, while a decent product overall, this contains far too many chemicals for my taste, and too much of them can actually cause hair to fall out. It is destroying your natural oils in the hair which help your hair stay strong and grow strong, I got it just to use once in a blue moon because the build up from using wax and hair products can start to overpower the folicule and scalp, sometimes once a month or so will need to use something like this, but I’ve used other cleansing shampoo’s like this that have less chemicals in them, my hair is relaxed and for the sake of this review I took one for the team and used this.
The chemical straightener which I did has lost quite a bit of durability from the treatment. So if you did coloured hair, treated hair, or keratin treatment etc.. This product will wash it out much much faster than using a shampoo with no salt/sodium, also nothing about this product states it is paraben free, and certainly not sulphate free as mentioned above, which is what you need for treated hair, and healthier in general than ones with those ingredients in.
The bright side: It smells nice, it feels like clay but lathers like shampoo, can be used rarely once every 1-3 months and in small portions so it lasts so much longer, can actually last 1-3 years if you use small portions and only clarify the hair in a blue moon which is healthier for the hair than using it every day. It is not meant for daily use, if you want to keep your hair don’t use it every day. You need natural oils, or argan oil, pumpkin oil, rosemary oil, things like that mixed to help the hair folicules nourish the scalp, and in turn is better when hair grows out it grows healthier and shinier.
What I didn’t like as mentioned far above, is the amount of chemicals, parabens, and sulphates in this, just not healthy for the hair sorry, but is safe to use on a rare occasion. This is all based on my research I’ve done over the years, you can startpage.com and find out for yourself the side effects to these ingredients, this will sting the eyes if you get it in, just using it my eyes went red and dry.
To use, wet hair with lukewarm water, apply a small amount to the hands and all over the hair, from scalp root to tip, gently! and then leave it on for 3-4 minutes 5 minutes is too long to leave these chemicals in. Afterwards when I towel dry hair, I used natural oils massaged into my scalp for 1 minute because this L-Oreal clay 2 in1 shampoo and mask really dries up the scalp.
Overall- Products like this are needed to help cleanse the hair completely once in a while, that’s why I ordered it, but didn’t have time to check those list of ingredients which most are not good for the hair even when used every 2 weeks.
