The product as such is very tasty. I purchased this first on Amazon on Aug 8th 2023, and since have been purchasing regularly on big basket till Dec 15th 2023.
However this is a processed food item that caused havoc in my body. After 4 months of suffering from severe knee pains, finger pains (symptoms of gout & arthritis) [Note my C-Reactive protein a marker for body inflammation spiked to 20Mg/L]: that’s more than double of normal range] , a 4 month long health investigation it’s down to the ingredients in this product. As a confirmation after stopping this product on Dec 16th, my symptoms have stopped altogether!
I don’t know if it’s the sweetener used or some other chemical compound (few numbers mentioned in the ingredients) but this product caused a nightmare for my body.
Note, that I was also consuming other Lo! Products during the ordeal: Jeera Biscuits and Coconut cookies.
Hope the manufacturer takes this very seriously!!
