Its the first time i am using yellow label. I have liked the aroma and taste of the tea but i was unhappy due to the quality of the product. It was more on the powdered side and left its deposit at the bottom of the tea mug. Does it has to be like this or was it some leftover packaging?? I have to think before ordering next time. And as a frequent customer of amazon i expect my issue to be resolved

this has been my regular tea for the last 5 years. only problem – you don’t like tea of any other place after being habituated to it.
