For vegetarians this is the best option to get taste closest to oyster sauce. Used it to make rice noodles, chinese and singaporean dishes. Taste was very good. Go for it !

I loved the taste.. I purchased oyster sauce after buying dark soya sauce of Lee kum. Their products are amazing including this oyster sauce. You tasye liquid mushroom. Good to add in stir fry.
