This is my favourite brand of soy sauce. The light soy sauce especially adds an amazing flavour to any dish. I even use a teaspoon of it in my Indian gravies, bolognese sauce and any other dish that could use a subtle umami flavour. The dark soy sauce is 200 times better than the generic chings brand dark soy sauce you get in stores.
You know how they say that the secret ingredient is love? Mine is this sauce. Must have it at all times in my pantry.
Oh, and try using a dash of the light soy sauce (and some rehydrated shitake mushrooms) when you’re making maggie. Thank me later.
