I have heavy flow. And i was skeptical at first. This product is amazing. It’s soft and smooth. And doesn’t irritate your skin like the synthetic ones do! I wore it for 12 hours and it felt fresh.

I used this after my normal delivery (post partum bleeding). I had stitches underneath. It was soft and comfortable to wear. I bought M/L size. My size was XL or XXL during that time.But still i could use it as it stretches well.

Hard to dispose at home after use. ( I use menstural cup for my regular periods)

Carmesi is the best product for period panties but if you want to go with less price, you can use kotex. It will prevent you from leakage but not good as carmesi.
