Among the spicy ketchups I found it to to better since others are sweetish & spicy.

Tomato sauce or ketchup has been a regular companion in my kitchen.
I usually buy this sauce to add some flavour to not so delicious food. It leaves that chatpata taste in your mouth as you mix it with the food and take a bite.
Oftentimes, in the absence of tomato I put it while cooking a dish. It adds a different kind of flavor and makes the dish delicious.
In rare instances, when there is no side dish a bit of sauce adds the needed punch to my lunch.

They are good in terms of taste, but if you are health conscious then sauces & Jams should be avoided as much as you can..
