Very good soya sauce. One of the best. But its a light soya sauce. If you want dark soya sauce, then get another one.

I have not tasted this before so cannot comment on how it’s supposed to taste. To add to what others have said, this is super salty. Way saltier than what you might have had from Indian brands.

Its my favourite soy sauce. I imagine it’s the authentic Japanese flavour since it has such a different foreign flavour from Indian soy sauce. It amazing with plain non masala meats like boiled pork or oven roast. I’ve tried Tai hua and Lee kum kee which are good in their own way but I think they are more Chinese in flavour. I don’t know how to explain. Its the feeling I get when I taste it.

While the product itself is genuine, the container is not. I ordered this thinking it’s glass bottle, but I got a 500 ml plastic bottle. It’s quite frustrating.
So when you order, remember that you will NOT get glass bottle. Look at the pics in the reviews.
Otherwise the product (sauce) itself is authentic.

All the others have Sodium Benzoate, a carcinogen. This is the only one I could find without Sodium Benzoate. But it is so expensive…. only rich people can be healthy in today’s world!
