It’s a chamomile tea but they have added 50% flowers and rest is the dust, still value for money I would say.
P.S: I have tried chamomile tea for first time and it’s not helping me at all.

using this since 15 days. the quality of this is at par with other brands offering lesser quantity. you are getting more quantity with quality at this price .
use 1tsp (one tsp = three tbsp) for one cup tea. boil the water ,put 1 tsp chamomile flowers in a cup, pour the boil water over them, keep it for 10-15 mins, strain them out ,drink . do this 30-45 mins before going to bed. when you go to bed try not to look at phone. you’ll will get great sleep.
