This was the first purchase from IndicWisdom. When I tried cooking with this oil, the food tasted bitter.
As I reached out to the Indicwisdom team about my grievance, the team (Customer service team member – Miss Rupali) patiently heard me out and reasoned out that transferring the oil in other containers causes exposure. The moisture in the air (around monsoon) can also be causing this issue.
As I was their first-time customer, the team arranged to send me a fresh batch oil bottle to ensure that I am satisfied with the product.
I am very impressed with the team’s professionalism, product quality and overall customer service experience. I highly recommend this product.

The product is good .. I have been using it for more that a year now.
The packaging need improvement, when you compare it to brands like puvi the packaging is quite poor. In this day and age sending a product in a white canteen is not done. More over what is the impact of keeping cold press oil in such low quality plastic?
Do think about changing the packaging.

Excellent product, very pure, I love the aroma, the test of food cooked in this oil ,is so delicious. I am going to order this product regularly. Also it’s cheaper than other cold pressed oils I was using previously.

Earlier it was 6 mnths expiry and now it has 1 yr expiry date, pls dont put preservatives as we are buying this oil because we want pure cold pressed oil
