After opening package i opened 2 nuts int them 1 is rotten, there are some rotten nuts in the package

An Bharatiya byabosayee DIMAG is in between the producing field and consumer. 5% of the nuts outer shell and nut was visibly defective. Will such pack of INDIAN goods will be accepted at USA?.

The walnuts are fresh and above all, the good thing is that the outer shell of walnuts can be broken by pressing between near-wrist portion of palms. Some, which wear a just hard shell, can be easily broken by some blunt tool or by striking on the floor while holding in the palm.
