We love this product. It’s one of my best evening snacks when I am watching any series or match in TV. My friends also love it. Tastes really good. You will feel like you are eating a fresh made Bhel because of the Chutneys provided.

The Bhel I get near in my city hardly has any veggies. In fact I observed a local bhel puri vendor get through an entire evening with what I use in a single serving of Bhel I make with this packet. One can add as much veggies and roasted peanuts to this packet and it makes it far more healthier.
Cons : Wish the chutneys did not use preservatives. Note : The same pack which is shipped abroad has a preservative free dry chutney mix that one has to reconstitute with water.

My way of preparation :-
For serving 2-3 ppl
1 pack of 150gms Haldiram Bhel
2 medium size onion finely chopped
2 medium size boiled potato cut in small cubes
1/4 teaspoon of chat masala
1/2 teaspoon of Imli chutney (could be a bought one or home prepared)
Few Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 Lemon
Mix all the wet ingredients(3 Chutneys that come in pack, Lemon Juice, Imli Chutney) in a small bowl and add Chat masala too
In another bowl, mix the Bhel + Potato + Onion
Then transfer the wet ingredient into dry ingredient and mix well with a spatula
Transfer the mix into 2-3 plates then cover them with the Zero Number SEV that comes in the pack.And finally on the top put the chopped coriander leaves and have a spoon of the Bhel and thank me and like my review 🙂
