I have tried the Jawzrsize for three weeks and I can say that it is a unique product. It is a small piece of plastic that you chew on for five minutes every morning. According to the manufacturer, it can help strengthen and lift the facial and jaw muscles. After using it for a while, I can say that it does work to some extent. It definitely activates all the jaw muscles, including the neck, and it can help realign the jaw and head position as well as relax the jaw muscles. However, the results are limited, and it may not work for everyone. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try if you are interested in jaw exercises, but do not expect dramatic results.
