Crack are there when after kneading we roll rotis. Otherwise it’s good

We can’t make chappathis with this flour. It will breakoff when we try to shape the dough and even if we somehow do this, it won’t be cooked properly due to the thickness. Also the taste was bad as well.
I used only one package and I have contacted the seller to pick the remaining ones and give me a refund for those unopened packets but they replied me asking me to rate them good by totally neglecting my message. Please don’t buy from them.

The flour wasn’t binding that well, that’s why the edges of rotis are shabby, but it was very soft, bit fluffy and tasty. Definitely can be replaced with regular atta
