Mohit Manuja Carbstrong –
the fats you eat are the fats you wear and there is nothing attractive about wearing olive oil or coconut oil
every gram of fat even olive oil is 9 calories per gram , meat and dairy = 4 calories / gm
and starches are only 1 calorie per gm
veggies are 40 times as caloric dilute than oil , any oil , even olive oil .
how can oil make you lose weight ?
all oils are the most caloricaly dense and nutritionally bereft food …on this planet
Evidence continues to mount affirming that inflammatory substances in the blood promote plaque growth, rupture, and clot formation, all of which likely increases the risk of heart attacks and Fat-rich meals (including olive oil) increase the fat in the blood which can injure our arteries and promote heart disease by increasing inflammation.
all oils are obesogenic( causing obesity ) , diabetogenic , ie causing diabetes and atherogenic ie causing atherosclerosis
all oils promote heart disease
all oils damage the endothelium of the arteries or the life- jacket of the circulatory system . .
all oils affect the flow mediated dialation or in simple words the flow of bloood through the arteries is impeded or retarded for as much as 6 hours peaking at 4 hours after a fatty meal ..doesnt matter if its extra virgin kind of any oil .
all oils make the blood sticky
oils affect the immune system negatively
the good that you hear about oils is not science but marketing .
we just need 1/3rd of tea spoon of fatty acids a day and we can easily make it up by eating whole foods..like nuts seeds whole grains and legumes etc . fatty acid deficiency is essentially unknown .
.
oils in a bottle are isolated , concentrated and fragmented and in that state easily go from you lips to you hips within minutes of ingestion to be stored as fat deposits to be used in times of adversity that never seems to come .
although when fats are consumed whole …its not easily absorbed or stored . ..and its not easy to consume beyond moderation .
Question:
How many olives do I need to eat to equal 1 tablespoon of oil?
Answer :
20 medium Mission olives that had an oil content of 20% or 40 small ripe black olives
you can see its not easy to consume whole foods but very easy to use oil .
its takes It takes roughly 75 lbs (34kg) of corn to produce one litre of corn oil. Oil represents approximately 4.3% of the mass of corn, but can range from 3%-8%, depending on variety. it takes 14 ears of corn have the same no of calories as 1 tbsp of corn oil .
again you can see how tough it is to over do on real foods but how easily we can use oil .
Myth – “Olive oil is especially heart–healthy because it’s rich in polyphenols and plant sterols”
A mere tablespoon of olive oil delivers a hefty 120 calories for a mere 30mg of polyphenols/plant sterols. By contrast, just 11 calories of green leafy lettuce gets you about the same amount of polyphenols/plant sterols.
Let me seperate FAT from FICTION
to meet your Omega 3 needs from Olive oil alone, you need to consume 8 ounces of Olive OIl , which is 1900 calories and 42 gms of saturated fat ( olive oil is 14 percent saturated fat )
Olive oil has been touted as being heart healthy due to its essential fatty acid content, yet it has a poor ratio of omega 6 to omega 3. The goal is to have a 4:1 ratio, yet olive oil is 14:1.
While olive oil may be less bad than saturated fats and trans fats at least in terms of its impact on blood lipids, that hardly makes it a ‘good’ or ‘healthy’ addition to your diet.”
i have shown the same on my tube channel in several vidoes with the same name

As per the Recommendation of some of our neighbours, I bought this to use for salad making and we are using it. I don’t know about the quality but price seems to be at higher side.

I bought this to use on my hair. After reading some reviews I thought it was perfect for hair but after receiving I found the smell is like cooking oil. I used it on my hair but it’s so sticky and the smell is also not good.
