I always prefer oils which are not blended. You know for sure what you are getting.
Before my family would only buy pricey oils, after the healthy heart stuff oil. But i know how advertising works, more IIMs in the marketing, more cheap blended oils, low quality, high price. With flashy brands one pays more for IIMs wages, advertising bugets and promos. Coming back to this, rice oil is good for my thyroid issues.
