I made afgani chaap with this. Everyone liked it. It’s good. It was my first time making soya chaap so can’t comment on the quality as I cannot compare. But it was hard for me to remove the ice cream stick out of it without breaking the chaap. Also, as I tried to wash it once as it was immersed in brine, my chaap started dismantling and the wrap opened up. But overall it is good for the price.
