First up, the things that are good. It is a good, effective moisturiser and keeps skin from drying even in the AC. However, I have two complaints about this. While the smell of the lotion on its own is nice like a candy, the makers of this product should perhaps warn consumers that since it contains retinol, it is likely to leave a strange (sour milk like) odour on your skin a few hours later. Typically I apply it at night and when I wake up in the morning, I smell really weird. So that’s a big negative for me. So i now use the lotion an hour before my bath and then wash it off completely.
The second issue is what most people have already mentioned here. The pump doesn’t work after the first couple of uses, so you have to open the bottle and pour the lotion out, which is inconvenient. Maybe time to change the packaging? Use a tube perhaps?

Smells heavenly, but not moisturizing enough for my dry skin, had to put it multiple times throughout the day. I can see it working great for normal to oily skin people.

While the moisturizer is very and effective the biggest problem is the bottle. Since the moisturizer is thick after few days of the pump stops working. The bottle needs to be opened and moisturizer needs to be pulled out manually. Request brand to change the packaging to tube or provide effective pump.
