Amazing flavour. Tastes really good. Doesn’t taste like gluten free noodles/pasta from other brands. Has to be normally cooked like pasta made with maida. Its not gluten-free as mentioned on packet but its made with semolina which is better than maida.

I was always looking for a healthier option for pasta and this made wonders. Made it immediately after getting the product. Made a healthy recipe and tasted great. Yes, Packaging can be improved a little. But the product is great.

I have not tried this product but I am writing this review, after reading the label on this product. I have a whole cupboard full of things which I bought on Amazon, because they claimed to be ‘gluten-free’, but weren’t safe for celiacs / those with a gluten allergy.
I felt the need to write this, because once my child with gluten allergy had a violent reaction, after consuming a so-called 100% ‘gluten-free’ product.
Most people do not understand the difference between gluten intolerance and gluten allergy. And it is extremely dangerous to label something gluten-free, just because it doesn’t contain maida or wheat.
Firstly, maida and wheat aren’t the only grains with gluten.
Secondly, there are many ways in which a product can get contaminated with gluten. For example, if gluten is processed in the same facility, it is not 100% gluten-free.
So please be careful, if you have celiac disease or an allergy to gluten. Study the labels carefully and look for Allergen advice.

After opening the product I realised the pasta was cracked. Check the photo. I still gave it a try, but after boiling as per instructed time, it just couldn’t hold its form. From fusilli it turned in straight broken vermicelli. It printed gluten free but in the ingredients it mentions durum wheat semolina , since when did that become gluten free. It’s a bad product with misleading labelling.

If you are a pasta lover then I must say this is the best pasta for you as it contain no maida.My kids would loved it so much and it’s really good in taste.
