First time I received a leaking bottle. Both the lid & paper-seal were loose inside nice outer packaging. Honey smells and tastes pure, but too thin in consistency. I feel collected honey absorbs too much of atmospheric moisture in between collection and bottling. If the Project provides collectors proper cans with lid, this dilution of honey, causing early fermentation, losing natural property of being a preservative, may be avoided.

Living in Kolkata I travel to Sundarbans frequently and buy honey from the honey collectors returning from the forest, bees, wax and all. It is as pure as it can get. This honey tastes the same as the one right out of the wild honey comb. This is as authentic as it can get. It is less thicker than branded honey due to the high humidity of Sunderbans and the local flora and also because it is not adulterated with sugar. Go for it blindly. You will be helping the honey collectors who risks their life in tiger infested sunderbans to collect this honey.
