Quality doesn’t come cheap. But honestly, I’ll bet you aren’t starving and likely a bit unhealthy from all the garbage we eat in large quantities.
You like that tub of artificially flavored thickened sugar water, stop buying it! Pay extra for these preserves, LOVE what you eat and help your body in the process.

I only tried this jam because it was in a recipe I got from a coworker. Never got around to cooking the actual dish, but boy did we go in on this jam. As a first taste of apricot jam, this was everything! Wonderfully easy to spread, and so darn tasty. We got smucker’s apricot jam recently, as it was what was available on Amazon Fresh, and I mean, it’s apricot jam, you can’t really go wrong, but when I tell you there’s a difference, and magic in this specific brand!

Most apricot preserves are lumpy (Smuckers) and jelly like in consistency. This one is smooth and has a few small rounded chunks that are spreadable on bread. The taste is great, and the unique wide mouthed jar is useful in scooping out all of it. I haven’t gone back to another brand after using this.

Love all flavors of Bonne Maman Preserves but Im really partial to this apricot one! Tasty and not too sweet. Great on toast and super with some Camembert or Brie cheese and crackers. The jar with the red and white gingham design lid is recyclable and I have a collection of them. I can’t bear to throw them away as they are so cute and useful for leftovers and even to put cookies, nuts or soaps in to give as gifts. You can even use them for bath salts or put candles in them, so versatile!!

I purchased this to create one recipe- havarti, arugula, and apricot preserve grilled cheese sandwiches.
The results were incredible, and the flavor of this product was a big part of what made my sandwiches so good. Not too perfumey, perfect firm but gelatinous texture. Would also be great for hors d’oeuvres of a buttery cracker with this product and a soft cheese like melted Brie or rondele.
