I have my Apple Cider Vineger early morning every day.
Just mix one teaspoon apple cider vinegar in one small cup of lukewarm water and then drink it. Make sure you don’t eat anything till 30 mins after drinking it and it will do wonders :Balances hormones(still improving mine), digestion of food as before I had so much of indigestion problems every day which I don’t have now, Relief from constipation, good skin, especially weight loss..! It’s true. 🙂

Not my favourite taste but i am taking it regularly.. i have noticed my skin is looking very nice, l hope it will help to reduce my weight and bring my fatty liver to normal..
