Ghee is not homogeneous.It contained some liquid form & precepetate

The taste and smell is bit different than standard desi ghee. The taste is slightly on the bitter/salty side and smell is strong. Everyone might not like it at first but this is an aquired taste. We usually get this kind of ghee in rural villages.
