Amrutva’s extra virgin and cold pressed Black sesame oil; is also referred to as Black gingelly oil or Black Til oil or Black Tal tel is extracted from selected premium quality Black sesame seeds proudly grown in India. This oil is 100% natural, pure, chemical and preservative-free (100% non-adulterated). Besides playing a very important role in cooking it is used as a flavour enhancer and has exceptional medicinal qualities. We press Black sesame seeds in wooden kolhus at a very low temperature. Once, the oil is extracted we sieve filter it with a cloth. This traditional wooden cold press method helps preserve the distinctive aroma, nutty flavour and vital nutrients that are naturally present in Black sesame seeds, which makes it ideal for daily consumption.
