    You can tell by the texture, it’s a good quality product. Moth matki is smaller and similar to whole green sabut. Taste and flavor is top class if you’re a fan of tadkas and curries. Whole lentils are always a healthy choice anyways, and if you get a clean, current batch that cooks easily, you have a happy day after that.
