The overall lentil taste is quite good, it has black urad dal (flavorful), masoor dal with skins (flavourful) , chitra rajma (not a fan of rajma taste on its own, so cannot judge) , and in first batch cooked half packet, and honestly did not spot EVEN A SINGLE red rajma, so red rajma should be used a bit more so atleast one can spot a few beans in a handful of the mix.
Soaked overnight (soaked then kept in fridge due to heat waves otherwise it will ferment up overnight) , gave atleast 10-15 whistles because dont like dal makhni be hard or chewy, we like it a lil mashed, and the lentils cooked good, they were all soft.
Combined this with Catch dal makhni masala, turned out quite good.

Colour added product ,green colour emerged after poured in water and it’s not for dal makhani prepration, this pulses added with artificial colours and moong ,urad,masoor,rajma wholesome. Please refine it for healthy food supply,
