I have been using Amazon Brand – Vedaka Pulses for a while now, and I am thoroughly impressed with their quality and consistency. The range of pulses offered by Vedaka is extensive, including various lentils, beans, and legumes, all of which are sourced from trusted farmers. The pulses are well-packaged in sturdy and resealable bags that keep them fresh for a long time. I appreciate that they are sorted and cleaned, making them easy to cook without any impurities. The taste and texture of the cooked pulses are excellent, and they cook evenly, saving me time in the kitchen. The competitive pricing of Vedaka Pulses is also a huge plus, making them an affordable option for everyday use. As a budget-conscious consumer, I find Amazon Brand – Vedaka Pulses to be a reliable and economical choice for my pantry, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality and affordable pulses.

I don’t know why the urad dal is not properly getting cooked! I am pressure boiling this in a pressure cooker and after 5 whistles I am allowing this to cool and again cooking in normal way with water , oil, 🌶️, haldi, cumin etc. But the pulse grains are not soft and swalloen. They are hard. Same was happening with local grocery shop urad dal in recent years. And I am getting similar bad results with Amazon dal. But in past urad dal from local shops was easy to cook and was tasty 😋 too.
