They are simple plain oats with peanut butter as per product description. The picture on pack is misleading. I’ve tried other products and they actually have blueberries and other dry fruits in their oats with similar protein content. Taste is also plain, in fact, no taste at all. But that may because of no sugar which is what many people would prefer.
But I won’t re-order, will stick to others with blueberries and other dry fruits and a few gms of sugar.

The product is bland due to no added sugar, you will need honey or an artificial sweetner if you are averse to the taste

Donot buy these alpino super oats because this is not good in taste .I perfer you muscle blaze high protein musli good smell and taste of muscle blaze 18gprotein too good.

1. Add honey instead of sugar
