Sweetness is on par with commercially available sugar, though the color is brownish as it’s not subjected to all the chemical processes that usually goes into making sugar. Can’t really comment on its organic authenticity. But if you want to go by some faith in the company then I guess this is a good initiative and worth that extra cost compared to regular sugar.

Love Organic. I will always try to buy organic. I wish it was more finely ground, but I just put it in the mixy for a couple seconds and it is finer. Good product.
