Barley flour is good for health, organic is much better option but price is high. You can add 30% Barley flour into wheat flour for daily usage.

I consume barley flour for weight loss and healthy digestive system. I have used to this atta for chapati, and even for home amde cookies. It is fresh and tasty. It is finelg grinded.

Best to be added with luke warm water and stir a bit more to it dissolved properly. Its fine flour seems to work fine in Summer . As the taste is bland ( no taste of its own ) Best with added Lemon and honey to taste . JIWA products are upto mark to the quality standards

No doubt this us only brand. I have left normal wheat and switch it to barley wheat and there was no good,clean flour i have ever found. Value for money and taste is also good. You will never feel you’re eating barley. Just a suggestion it took 6-7 min to make so if you want to avoid from gas wasting, you can soak the flour for 10 min and it will take less min
