They taste really yummy and are great for post workouts when you are suddenly ravenous. I particularly love them because they are gluten free and us gluten free people have very little healthy options. My only contention is that it’s not sugarless. Many of us are off sugar too for health reasons. Each of them has palm sugar along with dried fruits. Yes, they are low sugar compared to so many others. But I would really love it if Yoga Bar would make them without sugar or atleast have those options. Increase the dried fruits if needed to make it tasty. So I can have it everyday without guilt.
