Too much glue, sticking several layers together. Too much of the tissue is wasted, when trying to open a new role.

The rolls are small, please have larger roll options

excellent quality paper and great on the skin. however the only issue in these rolls is that when it is reaching to the end of the roll, the paper seems to have not been rolled tightly and it all stats falling apart ending up in wasting the paper that doesn’t hold on the roll.

The quality of the tissue paper is fine but opening a roll is such a difficult job. At least 3-4 layers of paper are stuck such that if you try to open the roll you actually end up wasting a lot of tissue paper.

While there is no negative comment on the quality of the product I just need to highlight two areas of concern which aren’t impossible to implement.
1. The gumming to the new roll is always cumbersome to start a new roll and much is wasted due to improper gumming, I feel if isn’t done would be more practical and no wastage.
2. The rolls appear to be a lot less in length unless this has been reduced from previous stocks by using a larger drum to give it appearance of normality.
