Unhone bataya hai ki Vitamin B6 ke 2 forms hai : Pyridoxine HCL aur Pyridoxal 5 phosphate. Pyridoxine HCL hi body mein Jakar Pyridoxal 5 phosphate mein convert hota hain.
Pyridoxal 5 phosphate Vitamin b6 hi hai. Isliye ise direct form of Vitamin b6 keh skte.
Pyridoxine HCL jo ki indirect form hai use jyada nhi lena chahiye ( more than 40 mg) kyonki sbhi log ka shareer strong nhi hota. Kuch log isko Pyridoxal 5 phosphate mei nhi convert kar pate jaise jinhe chronic problems hai. Jinhe khaya hua khana Pura asar nhi karta unme Pyridoxine HCL ki Matra badh skti.
Pyridoxine HCL ko Pyridoxal 5 phosphate mein convert karne wali koi cheez lena chahiye ya sidhe Pyridoxal 5 phosphate hi lena chahiye. Lekin Pyridoxal 5 phosphate online mehenga milta hai. Online vitamin b ke sare veg products bahut mehenge milte.
Demand toh increase ho rhi veg dava ki lekin rate nhi kam ho rha.
