I bought this for my grandmother since she has trouble getting up and sitting down and her knees hurt. I bought her Pirant pain oil, and since it seemed to work, I considered also buying her the tablets. She has been using the oil and taking the tablets for a month, and it has been quite effective. Whom so ever complaints she is now suggesting them to use Pirant tablets and oil, thus dropping an review here inspired by her satisfaction.
