I wear a size 38 jeans or pants and the chart said to buy a medium but I bought a large because it most of the reviews says that the sizes run small. I get the large and it fits but just barely and it’s so tight it’s uncomfortable. I do believe the next size up would fix the issue. That is my only real complaint because the quality of the brace seems to be really well-made. So if you get the correct size, I do believe you will be OK if this is the area that your back hurts at

The guide lines given for size selection is incorrect. based on the guidelines I have ordered L size and it felt a little too small for me. Since I like the product, I tried to get it replaced with XL size, but they did not replace it. there was a difference in cost of L and XL size. Now I had to return it and ordered XL size.

I love to run but suffering for lower-back pain due to some long-term issues…thought could use it while running…. bad idea…otherwise is great and can be used throughout the day…

Mene M size order kiya lekin lagta hai l ja Xl ayega. Amazon ke size chart par m size 34 to 40 a raha tha aur meri kamar 36 hai but fitt nahi ayea bohat tight hai.
